Guy stay wire sidewalk (outrigger bracket) SGJW-01 is guy end fitting, it is one piece design, consist by “V” bar welded in the guy wire side, two curve plate welded in the pole side, the triangular design confirmed the stabilize. It is attached to the pole by nail through the holes in the curve plate.
